Future Bridge Education and Training LLC (FBE) is an education consultancy service registered in the United Arab Emirates and operational since 2016.

Our mission for students and their families is to secure the best possible education destination for their future success taking into consideration their individual needs, academic strengths and budget.

Our mission for partner education institutions is to help empower organisations by optimising their access to a region with significant education recruitment and partnership opportunities. We aim to do this by offering bespoke and expert business development support using our location and strong links with diverse education and corporate partners.

Our company ethos is to be professional, dynamic and customer centred.

Leadership Team

The company was founded by Dr Junko Ishiguro. Completing her PhD in Sociology (Kent 2005) in the UK and subsequently teaching at British universities (Kent and Sheffield), she has been committed to international education as an international student, counsellor, lecturer and company owner for 28 years. Dr Ishiguro has visited many universities across several continents in her professional career and helped students secure admission at prestigious UK, Australian and Japanese universities.

Business development director, Sean Ireton, has over 20 years of international student recruitment experience in the public university sector and for private pathway providers. His experience is global but with a focus on the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region and he has worked primarily to promote the UK, US, Australian and European university sectors at every level of study.
